Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated Performance Management and Organizational Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi. In this position, you will co-create and support the design and execution of performance management frameworks and OD initiatives aligned with business objectives. You will be working closely with the reporting manager to implement structured systems, apply data-driven insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable, and sustainable people solutions. Key Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Organizational Development (OD) Proven expertise in Performance Management systems and practices Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and timely execution Basic understanding of key financial drivers, including top-line growth, cost structures, and business processes relevant to performance and budgeting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Experience in organizational development and change management is a strong advantage Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
