A small Finance Bank is hiring for the below roles

1. Branch Sales Manager CASA (Team role)

Deputy Manager - Grade

Location: Hyderabad & Vizag - 7.5Lacs

Only from Banking background, even an RM can also apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle a 10-member team to Achieve business goals and objectives by acquiring
and satisfying customers
Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team
Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts
Recruit and train the team members on regular basis
Schedule business calls with the team members while meeting some important customers
Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch
