Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive CASA acquisition through branch walk-ins, field sales, and sourcing channels
  • Lead, motivate, and manage branch sales executives/relationship officers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets (Current Account & Savings Account)
  • Develop local market connect with traders, SMEs, corporates, institutions, and professionals
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and local promotions
  • Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, Debit Cards, Insurance, and Digital Banking
  • Ensure high quality customer onboarding and adherence to KYC/AML norms
  • Monitor sales performance, productivity, and daily MIS reporting
  • Handle key customer relationships and resolve escalations
  • Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth account opening and service delivery

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in CASA sales in Banking/NBFC
  • Proven track record in liability sales and team handling
  • Strong local market knowledge and sourcing ability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive targets and manage branch-level sales operations
