Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of electrical products such as cables, MCBs, RCCBs, panels, lighting solutions (including LED lights), fans, switches, and wires. Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for branch sales. Build strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in electrical sales or related field. Strong knowledge of electrical products including cables, MCBs, RCCBs, panels, lighting solutions (including LED lights), fans, switches, and wires. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
