Roles & Responsibilities :

• Sales & Field Visits

  : Drive sales and take ownership of store-level targets. Be actively present in the market to acquire new customers, strengthen relationships, and generate business.

• Store Operations

  : Manage smooth daily functioning of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

• Team Management

  : Lead and guide a 6-member team, setting clear targets and motivating them to achieve sales and service goals.

• Procurement & Vendor Management

  : Handle local buying of spare parts. Build vendor relationships to secure the right products at the right price and time.

• Inventory Control:

  Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure proper stock movement, verification, and system accuracy.

• Collections

  : Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the Credit Control team to ensure timely collections.

• Customer Satisfaction:

  Resolve customer concerns quickly and support repeat business.
