Experience : Min 5 years+ of sales experience in automobile spare parts Location : Vellore Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Manager with a strong background in automobile spare parts sales. This is a dual role involving store management and field sales . The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through market visits and relationship-building, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, P&L ownership, procurement, and inventory management. Roles & Responsibilities : Sales & Field Visits : Drive sales and take ownership of store-level targets. Be actively present in the market to acquire new customers, strengthen relationships, and generate business. Store Operations : Manage smooth daily functioning of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. Team Management : Lead and guide a 6-member team, setting clear targets and motivating them to achieve sales and service goals. Procurement & Vendor Management : Handle local buying of spare parts. Build vendor relationships to secure the right products at the right price and time. Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure proper stock movement, verification, and system accuracy. Collections : Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the Credit Control team to ensure timely collections. Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns quickly and support repeat business. As the requirement is a bit urgent, an early response on this would be highly appreciated. Our client brings to your doorstep the complete range of Car Spares specifically for garage owners, mechanics, independent workshops, etc. Experience : Experience in providing technical training related to automotive parts Location : Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Conduct techno-commercial training for internal teams and customers . 2. Develop training aids/contents (both digital and physical) to enhance training effectiveness as per customer expectations and requirements. 3. Support warranty analysis for critical product quality issues. 4. Assess and evaluate the internal sales team's product technical knowledge. 5. Provide support for vehicle-level validation for new product development. 6. Assist in technical marketing activities (e.g., brochures, leaflets, service information). 7.
