Job Description

As the Branch Manager at Sportiqo Fitness LLP, you will be responsible for leading branch-level operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and fostering a positive work environment. Your role will require strong leadership, sales expertise, communication skills, and organizational abilities, coupled with a genuine passion for health and wellness. You will be instrumental in inspiring your team, maintaining smooth operations, and enhancing the Sportiqo Fitness brand within the community. Your primary responsibilities will include: Sales Management: - Implementing strategies to increase membership and training package sales. - Qualifying leads effectively, conducting consultations, following up, and converting leads to sales. Brand Development & Community Outreach: - Promoting Sportiqo Fitness through local B2B partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community campaigns. - Executing marketing and engagement initiatives in line with the brand strategy. Team Leadership: - Recruiting, training, motivating, and managing staff to achieve individual and branch targets. - Cultivating a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team. Operational Oversight: - Supervising daily branch activities including member services, facility management, reporting, and database management. - Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Customer Experience & Service: - Providing exceptional service standards to boost member retention and referrals. - Addressing member queries or concerns promptly and professionally. Digital Engagement: - Educating and engaging clients with the Sportiqo Fitness mobile app and digital tools to support their fitness journey. Required Skills & Competencies: - Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Ability to perform under pressure and achieve results. - Customer-centric mindset with a keen interest in fitness and wellness. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
