Branch Sales Manager

As the Senior Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager at Indkal Technologies, you will be responsible for driving regional sales strategy and execution in Vijayawada, AP. You will report to the Zonal Sales Head / National Sales Head and play a key role in the Sales Department of the company. You will lead a team of Area Sales Executives and Territory Managers, oversee product launches and promotional activities, and maintain optimal stock levels across channels. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) along with 6-10 years of progressive experience in sales management within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry. Strong knowledge of distribution and retail networks, proven experience in managing sales teams, and excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. This position requires extensive travel across assigned regions and a commitment to building and maintaining long-term relationships with trade partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for providing timely reports and feedback to management on sales performance and market dynamics.
