Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Hapur. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, achieving branch sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Additionally, the role will involve managing the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The candidate will also be expected to conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Financial Acumen and familiarity with finance and loan products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
