Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head, located in Rohtak. The Branch Head will oversee daily operations, manage branch activities, and lead a team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer service, and driving branch profitability. The Branch Head will also engage in community outreach to promote our home financing solutions.
