Job Title: Branch Relationship Manager Profile Summary: A detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with 2 - 3 years of experience in gold appraisal, valuation, and branch operations. Skilled in KYC compliance, customer query resolution, and branch-level business management, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer relationships. Adept at driving business growth through renewals, referrals, and local marketing initiatives. Proficient in coordinating loan approvals, ensuring accurate gold valuation, and maintaining high ethical and process standards. Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and on-ground operational skills with full mobility to manage and grow the branch independently. Education:Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) required Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, Handling, and Branch Operations Key Responsibilities:Ensure 100% accurate gold valuation — capturing correct cartage, proper stone deduction, and preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments. Adhere to Rupeek’s ethical and operational standards, ensuring full KYC compliance and proper online customer registration. Coordinate with Managers and stakeholders for loan approvals and disbursals. Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth customer servicing, documentation, and audit readiness. Act as the branch in-charge, overseeing team discipline, customer handling, and performance metrics. Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones to generate renewal and referral business. Resolve customer doubts and queries promptly during the loan process to ensure customer satisfaction. Execute local business development and marketing activities to enhance Rupeek’s brand visibility and generate leads in the catchment area. Ensure operational efficiency, cash handling accuracy, and compliance with all branch-level policies and SOPs. Skills & Persona:Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, Handling, and Branch Operations. Prior experience managing or supporting branch-level operations is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in the local language and working knowledge of English. Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Strong sense of ownership, leadership, and accountability to manage end-to-end branch performance.
