Job Title: Branch Operational Manager – Bike Spare Parts Location: [Lucknow] Prefered Candidate : Only Lucknow Location Department: Spare Parts Division Reports To: Branch Operations Manager Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (CTC)   Job Summary: The Branch Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Bike spare parts branch, ensuring smooth inventory management, staff supervision, order processing, customer service, and achieving sales and operational targets. This role requires deep knowledge of automotive spare parts, leadership capability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations: Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the spare parts branch. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. Manage cash handling, billing, and documentation accurately. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure optimal inventory. Coordinate with the central warehouse for timely replenishments. Implement FIFO and inventory audit practices. Sales & Customer Service: Achieve monthly sales and service targets. Support the sales team in building strong customer relationships. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly. Team Leadership: Supervise counter sales executives, storekeepers, and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and team training. Motivate the team to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals. Reporting & MIS: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management. Monitor KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, sales growth, and stock turnover. Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Business Management. Minimum 4–7 years of experience in spare parts operations, preferably in the two-wheeler sector. Proficiency in inventory software (like SAP, Advance Excel ). Skills Required: Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving ability. Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
