The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch functioning, efficient inventory control, and data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations: Manage daily branch activities to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and stock movement within the branch. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Inventory Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory control including stock receiving, storage, dispatch, and reconciliation. Conduct regular stock audits, variance analysis, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Implement inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and reduce wastage/loss. Excel & Data Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate dashboards for operational insights. Forecast demand and prepare inventory and operational plans accordingly. Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and train staff to achieve operational excellence. Allocate tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure accountability. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer & Vendor Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
