Job Description

The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations related to elevator and escalator projects. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, team coordination, client support, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth and effective branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations for elevator and escalator services
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations
Coordinate with service, installation, and sales teams for seamless operations
Monitor service delivery, project execution, and customer satisfaction
Manage branch records, reports, documentation, and operational data
Handle client coordination, issue resolution, and service support
Track branch performance, productivity, and operational KPIs
Lead, mentor, and manage branch teams effectively
Support business development and operational planning initiatives
