Create engaging short videos and reels Using past trip footage, user-generated content, and your own creativity, youll make content that connects with our community. Write clear, catchy captions and trip descriptions Youll craft words that match the vibe of our trips and speak to our audience. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers Youll respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and tags to build a strong online community. Travel on 12 trips every month You&aposll join our trips to capture real moments, photos, videos, and testimonials for content creation. Monitor post performance and suggest ideas You&aposll analyze whats working, follow trends, and suggest creative content strategies. Create posters, reels, and promotional content for upcoming trips Youll play a big part in our promotions and marketing efforts. ???? What You Should Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience A strong understanding of Instagram trends, content formats, and storytelling techniques. Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or other basic reel editing tools. Good command of English Bonus if youre fluent in Hindi or Kannada (for voiceovers or community interaction). A genuine passion for travel, group experiences, and connecting with young, adventurous audiences. Bonus points if you have experience with camera handling, vlogging, or blog writing. ????
