What You’ll Do

• Engage with incoming leads on

  WhatsApp & phone

  in a warm, helpful, and informative way
• Explain trip

  itineraries, inclusions, and experiences

  clearly

• Follow up

  regularly to convert leads into bookings
• Handle both

  inbound and outbound calls

  confidently
• Maintain

  organized lead records

  and booking updates in internal tools
• Coordinate with

  operations & marketing

  regarding trip availability and updates
• Share ideas to

  improve customer experience

  and conversion rate

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in

  English, Hindi & Kannada

  (required)
• Enjoys talking to people & helping them make decisions
• Confident on phone calls and chat handling
• Proactive, positive, and

  target-driven

  mindset
• Prior experience in

  Sales / Tele-calling / Customer Support

  is a plus
• Must be based in

  Bangalore

  (Hybrid role — a few days a week in office)
