Reporting To: Team Leader (TL)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with strong knowledge of JEE/NEET preparation models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students, handling inquiries, and driving end-to-end sales through effective communication and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.

Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.

Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.

Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Requirements:

Mandatory: Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connectivity.

Strong knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.

Excellent communication skills (Regional Language / English preferred).

Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads.

Proven experience in end-to-end sales (education industry preferred).
