Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor, based in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will engage directly with students to provide guidance and advice on career pathways, academic goals, and learning strategies. Responsibilities include assisting students with academic planning, addressing their concerns, recommending suitable learning resources, and helping with subject-related queries to enable their success. The role demands strong interpersonal communication and a passion for mentoring students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising, with the ability to guide students effectively
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate clearly with students
• Experience or understanding of Career Counseling and Education systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a student-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in an academic counseling or similar educational support role is an advantage
