Job Description

Job Title: Branch Operations Coordinator

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Department: Branch Operations
Reporting To: Head of Strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily functioning of the Zirakpur branch, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments (Sales, Projects, Service & Marketing).
  • Act as the single point of coordination between branch staff and the Head Office for approvals, escalations, and operational updates.
  • Maintain branch MIS reports — sales pipelines, service call closures, project progress, and expense tracking.
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, branch documentation, and compliance-related records.
  • Ensure the branch infrastructure (demo room, meeting space, and IT systems) is always presentable and operational.
  • Manage incoming leads: assign to sales team, schedule client meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare & share quotations, proposals, and client communication as per direction of the Business Development Manager (BDM) or Head of Strategy.
  • Host client visits at the demo experience room, explaining security & automation products in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Support in service call management — logging complaints, updating CRM, tracking engineer visits, and ensuring closure feedback.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation for branch staff.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination — arranging interviews, onboarding new employees, and basic induction.
  • Monitor performance and provide operational support to BDMs, technicians, and project engineers.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager by coordinating on-ground marketing activities, such as campaigns, events, product demos, and site branding.Manage social media content requirements from the branch capturing photos/videos of installations or events when needed.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English & Hindi; Punjabi is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM software, MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Customer-centric with professional grooming and confident presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
