What you will own

• Branch P&L & Run-Rate:

  turn monthly targets into daily plans; optimise cost per booking.

• Team Hiring & Coaching:

  lead 4–5 BDMs (each 4–5 BDOs) plus Tele-callers; build a performance culture.

• Channel Building:

  onboard/activate field agents in 30 days; keep them productive and compliant.

• Customer & Brand:

  run VOC stand-ups; resolve >90% issues at first touch; drive 5★ local reputation.

• Compliance & ROC:

  ensure clean KYC, auction minutes (Form-B), registers A–G, on-time filings.

• Branch Ops:

  cash controls, settlement oversight, field inspection for disbursement, admin & audit readiness.

• New bookings:

  drive strong monthly branch volume (team average booking per BDO ≥ ₹50L).

• Early-dues quality:

A day in the role

• 9:00 –

  Run-rate huddle

  : today’s plan, funnel health, field routes.
• 10:30 –

  Field shadow/coach

  a BDO on live calls.
• 12:30 –

  VOC review

  with CX/Accountant; close same-day issues.
• 3:00 –

  Agent activation

  & pipeline check.
• 5:30 –

  Compliance/finance check

  (cash recon, KYC packs, minutes, filings).
• Weekly:

  1-on-1s

  with BDMs, hiring interviews, local partnerships, audit readiness.

Must-haves

• 5–8+ years in sales leadership (chit/NBFC/MFI/insurance/telecom or similar field sales).
• Proven team handling (managers + front-line) and territory planning.
• Fluency in

  Tamil

  (essential) + workable English; strong customer empathy and ethics.
• Hands-on with Excel/CRM; owns a two-wheeler; strong knowledge of Tirupur market.
• Integrity first: zero tolerance for cash gaps, mis-selling, or policy shortcuts.

• Chit Fund domain exposure (auctions, ROC filings, registers).
• Built/managed agent networks.
• Comfort with digital onboarding apps/inside-sales funnels.
