Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager at The Zebion Group in Pune. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage a team to ensure smooth workflows, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, driving sales performance, managing budgets, and ensuring the branch achieves its financial and operational goals. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to align goals and operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and motivate branch staff.
• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in budgeting, planning, and managing branch operations and financial performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in the technology, computer peripherals, or CCTV industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and implement effective strategies.
