Our team includes Licensed Immigration Advisors and MARA Agents who provide professional advice and support to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer located in Amritsar. The Visa Officer will be responsible for processing visa applications, providing advice on immigration issues, conducting client consultations, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Additional tasks include offering excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients and authorities. Qualifications Knowledge and experience with visas and immigration issues of New Zealand and Australia Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service abilities Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using relevant software and tools Certification or training in immigration law and practices is a plus
