Additional tasks include offering excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients and authorities. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff supervision, client relationship management, and achieving business goals. Key responsibilities include managing a team, strategizing and implementing operational plans, maintaining high-quality customer service, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for performance tracking and reporting to senior leadership to contribute to the growth of the branch.
