We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Baramati office, drive agency sales, and expand our footprint across Motor, Non-Motor, OEM, and Commercial lines. Key Responsibilities • Lead branch operations with a strong focus on agency development and sales performance • Recruit, manage, and mentor agents and frontline sales teams • Drive business growth across motor, non-motor, OEM, and commercial insurance products • Build strong market presence and develop long-term relationships in the Baramati region • Ensure compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction at the branch level • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business execution and service delivery

What We’re Looking For
• 8–15 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with core expertise in agency sales • Strong understanding of Motor (Retail & Commercial), OEM, and Non-Motor insurance products • Preferably a resident of Baramati or someone well-versed with the local geography and market dynamics • Proven leadership, team management, and people development skills • Looking for career stability and long-term growth within the insurance domain • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business development skills • Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
