Role: Branch Manager Agency Channel

CTC Range : Rs. 14 to 17 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Drive
sales, recruitment, activation, and persistency
targets for the branch.
Build and develop a team of
high-performing agency leaders and advisors

Ensure
consistent field engagement, motivation, and performance coaching

Promote a culture of
ethical selling and customer centricity

Ensure branch-level compliance with
IRDAI and company standards

Ideal candidate should have

812 years of experience in
Sales / Distribution

Life Insurance Agency Channel
.
Proven track record of leading large sales teams.
Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
