Job Overview

We are a leading study visa consultancy specializing in student placements for Australia, UK. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, driving performance, and achieving sales targets in the study visa or overseas education industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve operational excellence.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of counselors, sales executives, and support staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team skills.
• Business Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue and student enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Student Counseling Oversight:
• Ensure high-quality counseling services are provided to students regarding study visa options and pathways.
• Keep updated on visa policies and requirements for Australia, UK.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
• Marketing and Outreach:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at seminars, events, and college fairs.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to visa guidelines and ethical practices in all branch activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on branch performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the study visa or overseas education consultancy sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of visa processes for Australia, UK.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
