Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Pune. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support. Daily tasks will include reaching out to customer calling them, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications Under Graduate or Graduate Fresher or min 6 months of international process experience with Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in customer service and support Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues Ability to maintain accurate customer records Proactive problem-solving skills Knowledge of customer service software and databases is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
