This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Pune. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support. Daily tasks will include reaching out to customer calling them, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
