Job Description

As a Branch Manager at our upcoming branches in Maharashtra at Pimpri-Chinchwad, Aurangabad, and Kolhapur, you will have the following key responsibilities and deliverables: - Managing a team of 8-10 Sales Officers. - Driving business growth in LAP and Unsecured Business loans. - Achieving sales and collections targets for the branch. - Building and maintaining relationships with Channel partners and external stakeholders. - Ensuring end-to-end responsibility for loan origination, approvals, and disbursements. - Collaborating with Credit, Operations & Clients for smooth case closure. - Providing regular customer service and addressing grievances at the branch level. - Assisting risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management. - Conducting collections from overdue customers. - Hiring, retaining, and training the team for strong growth. - Managing overall cost and ensuring policy compliance at the branch. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of relevant sales experience in NBFC/Banking industry. - Exposure and understanding of LAP & Unsecured Business Loans/Small Business Loans. - Experience in team management. - Local Sales experience of 3-4 years in the specific location is essential. - Familiarity with the latest underwriting practices and tools in the small ticket lending industry.,
