Cluster Sales Head - North India

As the person responsible for overseeing and growing the Company's business in a cluster of 10 branches in North India, your role will be based out of the Head Office in Gurgaon. You will need to travel for a minimum of 10 days a month within and outside the NCR region, with an estimated team size of 75 as of March 31, 2024. Key Responsibilities: - Grow the lending business (both secured and unsecured) in a cluster of branches in North India - Build the Loan book and manage Collections of the portfolio - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets - Manage Channel partners and other external stakeholders - Assist Risk and Credit teams in portfolio risk management, customer service, and developing credit & risk policies - Manage people, track performance, and enhance productivity - Identify locations for business expansion and set up new branches - Hire, coach, and build a high-performance team - Remain updated on market developments and recommend product/ policy updates to improve the company's product offering and competitive position in the market Qualifications Required: - MBA / Post Graduate - 12+ years of relevant sales experience in NBFC / Banking sector - Exposure and understanding of LAP & Unsecured Business Loans / Small Business Loans - Minimum 7+ years of work experience in North India, preferably in the NCR market - Team handling/ management experience is a must - Exposure to the latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small business loans segment In addition to the above, the Company offers a competitive CTC Range of Rs. 12.00 - 15.00 Lakhs per annum.,
