Job Description

Role & responsibilities -Team Leadership : Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the branch team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, performance excellence, and continuous improvement. - Performance Management : Set clear goals and KPIs for the liabilities branch, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve targets related to deposit accounts, loans, and other liabilities products. - Customer Service Excellence : Uphold a high standard of customer service by ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients. - Product Management : Oversee the development, promotion, and management of liabilities products, including deposit accounts, savings plans, loans, and other related financial services. Continuously evaluate and improve product offerings to meet customer needs and market trends. - Responsible for Building up the branch balance sheet and ensuring branch Profitability. - Responsible for Branch Audit Operations, Service and Compliance activities. - To Ensure Sales targets are met. Overall in charge of the branch related activities Required Experience. - Minimum of 5+ years as a Branch Managers in his previous employment with 8+ years of overall working experience Education/Preferred Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate
