Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sitamarhi for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and develop branch staff, and ensure the achievement of business targets. Responsibilities include organizing sales activities, handling customer queries, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and preparing and analyzing branch performance reports.

• Strong understanding of microfinance and financial products
• Customer relationship management
• Data analysis and report preparation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial sector
• Proficient in local languages and willing to be based in Sitamarhi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the microfinance industry is preferred
