Sindhuja Microcredit Pvt. Ltd. (Sindhuja) is a new generation Micro Finance Company headquartered in Delhi NCR with a Zonal office in Patna. The company is recognized by the Reserve Bank of India as an NBFC-MFI. Sindhuja offers micro finance and micro enterprise loans, along with insurance, pension, and other services through third-party arrangements, aiming to reach "Bottom of Pyramid" and "Missing Middle" customers. Our mission is to serve financially excluded and self-employed micro-entrepreneurs across rural, semi-urban, and urban locations, contributing to financial inclusion.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Deoria. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing branch staff, driving loan disbursement and recovery processes, and achieving branch targets. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, addressing client issues, and regularly reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

Experience in branch management, operations management, and team leadership
Knowledge of micro finance products and services, including loan disbursement and recovery processes
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the micro finance industry is a plus
