Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Branch Manager – Sales with a strong background in Investment Management, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, and Wealth Advisory to lead and scale our branch operations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and passionate relationship builder, responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering world-class client experiences while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a leadership role with direct accountability for branch profitability, revenue growth, client acquisition, and portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the branch operations end-to-end — from people, performance, and processes to profitability.
  • Represent Anytime Invest as the face of the brand, embodying our core values of trust, transparency, and client centricity.
  • Design and implement branch-level business strategies to exceed sales and revenue targets.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive distribution and sales of Mutual Funds, Equities, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, and other financial instruments.
  • Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI, Retail, and Corporate Clients to grow AUM and revenue.
  • Cross-sell and upsell investment products across existing client portfolios to maximize wallet share.
  • Build long-term relationships through high-touch advisory and consistent performance delivery.

Team Management

  • Train, mentor, and retain a team of financial advisors, relationship managers, and sales professionals.
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Motivate and lead the team to meet individual and collective sales targets.

Client Experience & Operations

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations, adhering to organizational frameworks, budgets, and compliance norms.
  • Collaborate with the Dealing Desk for seamless revenue generation and client query resolution.
  • Provide tailored investment advisory and financial planning solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Identify and onboard high-quality business partners and ensure they meet performance and compliance benchmarks.

Compliance & Quality

  • Maintain 100% adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit guidelines.
  • Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality, ethical selling, and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Investments, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, or Wealth Management, with proven success in sales leadership.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong sales and result orientation.
  • Experience in team handling, managing, and mentoring.
  • High degree of organizational discipline and multitasking ability.
