Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase retail branch revenue and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
