Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex financial data and provide informed advice. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an added advantage.
