Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance branch performance. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet their targets and goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget. Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations, implementing necessary measures to prevent losses. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of handling complex issues and making sound judgments. Experience in managing and controlling expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
