Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Shimla. The Branch Manager will oversee and manage daily branch operations, including sales targets, customer service, and team performance. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans for branch growth, monitoring team productivity, providing leadership and motivation to achieve company objectives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A focus on fostering a positive customer experience and maintaining operational efficiency is central to the role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Strategic Planning and Goal-Setting capabilities for driving branch growth
• Sales and Marketing experience, with a focus on achieving targets and expanding customer base
• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to ensure high client satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Problem-Solving abilities
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations is a plus
• Relevant experience in branch management or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
