for multiple locations across Nepal. The position is responsible for managing overall branch operations, ensuring sales and service performance, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction in alignment with the company’s brand standards.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch, lead the showroom team, manage sales and service targets, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the branch sales and service team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction in all interactions.
• Manage inventory, showroom display, and vehicle delivery schedules.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare regular branch reports.
• Coordinate with Head Office for planning, forecasting, and operational support.
• Implement company policies, processes, and brand guidelines at the branch level.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive showroom or branch management.
• Proven leadership experience in handling multi-functional teams and dealership operations.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High customer focus with problem-solving orientation.
• Sound understanding of showroom operations and sales systems.
