Job Description

To lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficient logistics, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The Branch Manager is responsible for team leadership, vendor coordination, process adherence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations including linehaul, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.
Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and POD (Proof of Delivery) collection.
Monitor vehicle utilization, route planning, and fuel efficiency.
Supervise and mentor branch staff including supervisors, drivers, and support teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Manage third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, vehicle contractors, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely payments and documentation.
Act as the escalation point for customer complaints and service failures.
Coordinate with customer support and sales teams to ensure service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
