ABSLMF is the 4th largest Fund house in India, based on domestic average assets under management. The company offers a comprehensive range of investment options, including equity schemes, hybrid funds, and debt products, and serves close to 7.6 million investor scheme accounts. ABSLMF also operates multiple alternative strategies, such as Portfolio Management Services and Real Estate Investments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of Branch Manager located in Vijayawada. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. They will also be required to develop and implement business strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in financial services, particularly in mutual funds and investment products
Proven track record in sales and business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proficiency in financial software and tools
