About the Role

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve business targets.
Drive sales of gold loans and related financial products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Supervise, train, and motivate the branch team for optimal performance.
Oversee daily cash handling, vault management, and documentation accuracy.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and audit requirements.
Plan and execute local marketing and customer outreach initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in branch operations in gold loan sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer handling ability.
Integrity, accountability, and an ownership mindset.
Proficiency in basic MS Excel and Powerpoint.
