Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Micro Finance team in Karnal. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience driving sales growth and managing teams, with a strong understanding of the microfinance business and JLG model. Roles and Responsibility
Drive microfinance business by identifying potential locations and achieving sales targets.
Develop and manage teams across assigned territories to enhance market penetration and reach.
Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions and areas.
Manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency, ensuring timely collections and follow-up on disbursed loans.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, fostering brand identification with potential customers.
Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.

Job
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in microfinance or a related field.
Possess strong relationship management and business sourcing skills, along with a flair for sales.
Demonstrate an understanding of customer service attributes and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly collection targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with attention to detail and the ability to track and control portfolio quality metrics.
