Position: Branch Head Mumbai

About Us:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Mumbai branch operations, ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Drive business development initiatives in the HVAC industry, particularly focusing on AHUs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC consultants, contractors, and clients.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and engineering team.
Ensure timely After Sale Services, project execution, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
20--30 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Strong business acumen with proven sales achievements.
Experience in handling and motivating the team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
