Sales & Business Development

• Achieve branch sales targets for life insurance products through active agent productivity.
  
• Drive product mix, persistency, and market share in the assigned territory.
  
• Analyze local market trends and develop strategies to capture new business.
  
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and improve customer outreach.
  

2. Recruitment & Team Building

• Recruit, onboard, and license new insurance advisors/agency partners.
  
• Guide and motivate advisors to achieve individual and branch goals.
  
• Conduct regular training sessions, AMFI/IRDA process coordination, and performance reviews.
  

3. Advisor Relationship Management

• Foster strong relationships with agents to improve loyalty and productivity.
  
• Provide coaching on sales techniques, need-based selling, and customer approach.
  
• Support advisors in field visits, joint calls, and client meetings.
  

4. Operations & Compliance

• Ensure branch operations adhere to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  
• Monitor policy issuance, documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements.
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing grievances promptly.
  
• Ensure accurate reporting, MIS tracking, and timely submission of sales data.
  

5. Leadership & Administration

• Manage day-to-day branch functioning and resource allocation.
  
• Motivate the team to deliver consistent performance.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, and training.
