Job Title: Branch Manager

Experience: 5 to 10 Years (Minimum 2 years in team handling)

Department: Sales & Credit – LAP / PL / BL

Role Overview:

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch business targets across LAP, PL, and BL products through open market channels and cross-selling initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales and operations staff.
• Ensure strong market presence through DSA, connector, and direct sourcing channels.
• Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring proper credit assessment and timely collections.
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and adherence to audit norms.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers, partners, and local market influencers.
• Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of

  LAP, PL, and BL

  products and credit processes.

• Must have strong experience in open market sourcing and business development.

• Proven leadership and team-handling skills (minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of credit and risk parameters.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
