Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Akola. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, implementing branch strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing leadership to promote growth and efficiency. The role also requires monitoring loan portfolios, mitigating potential risks, and maintaining a healthy operational environment.


Qualifications

  • Leadership, team management, and supervisory skills
  • Customer service experience and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of financial products, particularly lending or gold loans
  • Operational and compliance management skills
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field (preferred)
  • Experience in a similar managerial role in the financial services sector is an advantage
