The Branch Manager will oversee all sales, marketing, and operational activities for the branch, ensuring that the branch meets its revenue and productivity goals. This role will involve managing teams, organizing seminars, and handling the overall activities of the branch to drive performance, foster growth, and maintain a positive work environment.

Sales & Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and client engagement.
• Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Team Management & Leadership:

• Lead and mentor branch teams, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with branch objectives.
• Assign roles and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal performance and high productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and identifying areas for development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure high morale and team effectiveness.

Seminar & Event Management:

• Organize and lead seminars, workshops, and promotional events, primarily in educational institutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with colleges and universities to increase branch visibility and generate leads.

Branch Operations & Target Achievement:

• Monitor day-to-day branch sales & operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Set clear sales targets for the branch and ensure they are met consistently through team efforts.
• Regularly review branch performance, implement corrective actions where necessary, and provide guidance to ensure targets are achieved.

Client Relationship Management:

• Conduct client meetings, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and a strong referral network.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales trends, and market conditions.
• Analyze sales data and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.

Operational Efficiency & Budget Management:

• Ensure branch operations are cost-effective, adhering to budget constraints while maintaining high service standards.
• Optimize resource utilization to maximize branch productivity and profitability.

Manage and execute Branch Activity

• Manage and execute both offline and online branch activities to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with branch teams to organize and implement promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of both online and offline activities, as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to support the growth of business operations and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure
• seamless execution of activities across all channels.

Student Placement Coordination:

• Collaborate with the placement cell to facilitate placement opportunities for students within the branch.
• Act as a liaison between students and potential employers to organize interviews, campus recruitment drives, and other placement activities with the help of placement teams.
• Need to monitor regularly the admission details, student details, fee payments, and ensure proper data entry in the ERP system. Ensure that all details are updated accurately and consistently.
• Responsible for handling petty cash and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Ensure that all details are updated properly and consistently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,987.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
