Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Khandwa. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include leading the branch team, implementing sales strategies, and staying updated with industry trends to drive growth. Additionally, the Branch Manager will handle administrative tasks, resolve customer queries, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in branch management, sales, and customer service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze financial reports and develop sales strategies
Knowledge of the life insurance industry is an advantage
