Branch Manager

As a candidate for the Sales Manager position in the Education Industry located in Kota, Rajasthan, your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of 7-10 employees to ensure efficient operations. - Overseeing branch operations and client management. - Ensuring monthly targets are met by establishing relations with colleges/coaching centers and delivering seminars. - Monitoring various below-the-line (BTL) activities to reach management aspirants. - Visiting degree colleges, coaching centers/tutorials for presentations and seminars. - Generating a database of degree final year students and maintaining relationships with key personnel. - Acquiring referrals from existing aspirants and tapping into new colleges to achieve targets. - Maintaining and reinforcing good relations with existing and prospective clients to drive new business. - Counseling candidates for MBA programs and guiding them towards admissions.
