Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Greenway Grameen Infra as a Branch Manager based in Akkalkot. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee branch operations in Solapur & Bidar. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales & Branch/Team Management in the Microfinance/NBFC/Financial Services industry. Knowledge of the local language is essential for effective communication in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage branch operations including loan processing, disbursements, collections, and customer relationship management. - Lead a team of field officers, loan officers, and support staff to achieve sales targets and drive performance. - Conduct field visits, client meetings, and business development activities to expand outreach. - Oversee credit assessment, KYC, and loan documentation processes in alignment with company policies. - Establish and maintain strong local partnerships and community relationships. - Prepare and communicate regular MIS reports to the regional/head office. - Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster high performance and growth. Qualification Required: - Graduation or Postgraduation in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales with leadership/branch management responsibilities. - Previous experience in microfinance, NBFC, or rural finance sector preferred. - Proficient in loan processing, disbursement, collection, and credit assessment. - Mandatory proficiency in the local language. - Comfortable with extensive travel within branch regions and field areas. - Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. - Desirable knowledge of digital tools, MIS, and basic computer applications.
